M'A DYEING IS MADE FROM NATURAL WASTE AND ORGANIC DYES

Natural dyes can be derived from plants, invertebrates or minerals. Most of these dyes come from vegetables such as roots, fruits, bark, leaves and wood - and other biological sources such as fungi. dyeing with these natural dyes is organic and sustainable.

This type of natural dye is already used for dyeing various products since the beginning of human history.

Not all fabrics can be dyed with these natural materials because of pigment absorption and fixation. The best fabrics to use for this type of dyeing are those made from natural materials such as cotton, silk, wool and linen.

TYPES OF NATURAL DYES:

- Orange: carrots, gold lichen, onion skins

- Brown: dandelion roots, oak bark, walnut hulls, tea, coffee, acorns

- Pink: berries, cherries, red and pink roses, avocado skins and seeds

- Blue: indigo, woad, red cabbage, elderberries, red mulberries, blueberries, purple grapes, dogwood bark

- Red-brown: pomegranates, beets, bamboo, hibiscus (reddish color flowers), bloodroot
