RETURNS

If you would like to return an item to us that isn’t suitable, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your MARQUES ALMEIDA online shop order. 


We only accept returns that are in a new, unused and in saleable condition with all tags attached. We won’t accept any worn or marked goods that are returned to us.


Please ensure that all shoes have no scratches on the soles or marks on the shoe box. When you try on shoes, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box as it is part of the product.For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.Please note that items bought from MARQUES ALMEIDA online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our concessions. 


HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Changed your mind? We’re sorry the pieces were not right for you!


  1. Please email onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com to let us know you’d like to make a return. We cannot accept a return without first being notified.

    2. Fill out the returns form to let us know the reason for return andplace this completed form inside the parcel with the item you’d like toreturn.

 

  1. We will schedule to collect product(s) you want to return, at the delivery address to our Production office:
    MARQUES ALMEIDA ECOMM RETURNS

    Portugal

  1. Please print the print the waybill we will send you (exclusivity via email) and be available at the collect time. Ensure the package isreturned within the 14 day return period and the correct deliveryprocedures are done correctly.

  2. Once we receive the returned item, our team will check for wear andtear and that the item is in new, unused and saleable condition. We willemail you and aim to refund you within 7 days into the original accountthat you paid with. Please note that neither the original deliverycharges, nor any international customs duties and sales taxes arerefundable.


WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

If you believe you have received a faulty item, then you can make a return within 30 days after your purchase date. If this is the case please email onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com with images identifying the fault and customer services will instruct you further.


CAN I EXCHANGE?

MARQUES ALMEIDA will only offer exchanges on like for like items that are in a new, unused and in a saleable condition with all tags attached. We won’t accept any worn or marked goods that are returned to us.


Please follow the MARQUES ALMEIDA returns policy guide and on your returns form specify Exchange and the size you would like to exchange for, make sure when you email onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com with your tracking number that you clarify you would like an exchange so they are able to check this item size is available in stock to hold for you. If the item is out of stock online or unavailable they will offer you a refund once the item has been examined.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Depending on your chosen delivery service and country of origin, your return could take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. 


Once we have processed your return, you will receive a return confirmation email. If you have not received your return confirmation from us after that time, please contact onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com

A return form is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form here

WHAT IS PRE-OWNED?


This is not a specially made collection, all items are pre-owned from past seasons.


CAN I RETURN PRE-OWNED GOODS?

You can return a pre-owned product for a refund if you return it within 14 days of receiving your MARQUES’ ALMEIDA online shop order. If you would like to make a return please follow the return instructions which are here.


We will only accept returns that arrive in the state as described in the product description prior to sale/leaving the studio.


We do not offer exchanges on pre-owned items.


MARQUES’ ALMEIDA will not be liable for any breakages/wear or tear from the point of sale for pre owned items, If you need future product care please contact onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com for further assistance.
