Return and Exchange of products

 

 

If you’ve simply changed your mind and wish to make a return for refund or exchange, you can make a return within 14 days of receiving your M’A online shop order. The 14 days begin the day after you receive the products.

 

Before you decide to make a return, we’d like you to know that we will only accept returns for M’A pieces that are in a new, unused and saleable condition with all tags attached. So, all shoes need to have no scratches on the soles or marks on the shoe box, and must be sent back to us with an extra layer of packaging to avoid damage when they are being delivered. Any bags you’d like to return need to be handled with care as some dark items of clothing can transfer to light-coloured bags, and we won’t accept any marked goods that are returned to us. Our team will check for wear and tear when we receive a returned item, and you will only qualify for a return or exchange after the returned items have passed these checks.

 

If you believe you have received a faulty item then you can make a return or an exchange within 30 days after your purchase date. Faulty items are items that are received damaged, or when a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.

We offer Free UK and EU returns by DHL :)

 

How to return your item: If you would like to return an item within 14 days of receipt that is in new, unused and saleable condition, then firstly you will need to email us at onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com with a return request to let us know that you’d like to make a return. Please quote your order number, the item name and SKU code and we will provide you with a free DHL returns label.

 

1. Fill out the returns form you received with your order to let us know the reason for return. Put enclose the completed form with the item you’d like to return.

 

2. Affix DHL label to the outside of the parcel and drop at your local DHL Service Point: http://parcel.dhl.co.uk/dhl-service-point/find-your-nearest

 

3. Please ensure you keep your DHL tracking number and provide this to us, so we can monitor your return :)

 

4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will check that the item is in new, unused and saleable condition. Once approved, we will email you and refund you within 30 days following receipt of the returned item! Please note that original postage and packaging is not a refundable cost.

 

5. Once we receive the returned item that you’d like to exchange, our team will check for wear and tear and that the item is in new, unused and saleable condition. Once approved, we will email you and refund you within 30 days following receipt of the returned item! Please note that original postage and packaging is not a refundable cost. 

 

*Exchanges: We can only exchange items for the same product in a different size and colour, and this also depends on stock availability

Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 14 working days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website :)

 

 

International Returns Outside UK and EU.

 

How to return your item: If you wish to return an item to us, please ensure that you make your return within 14 days of receipt using a tracked and insured courier of your choice.

Alternatively, if you would like to benefit from our DHL rates, please email us at onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com for further instructions. Please note, that the cost of shipping using our DHL account will be deducted from your final refund, use of our DHL account does not apply for exchanges.

If you would like to return an item and it is in new, unused and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, then firstly you will need to email us at onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com with a return request to let us know that you’d like to make a return. 3. Using a tracked, insured and signed for delivery service, please send your return to the below address or email us at onlineshop@marquesalmeida.com for further instructions if you would like to use our DHL rates and have the cost deducted from your refund.

4. Affix shipping label and customs forms to the outside of the parcel and mark as “RETURNED GOODS - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to prevent the parcel being held in customs or refused on delivery. Ensure you keep and provide us with your tracking number, so we can monitor your return :)

 

5. Once we receive the returned item that you’d like to exchange, our team will check for wear and tear and that the item is in new, unused and saleable condition. Once approved, we will email you and refund you within 30 days following receipt of the returned item! Please note that original postage and packaging is not a refundable cost.

Some important stuff to note!

 

-       You must email us before returning an item, we won’t accept a return if you don’t contact us before!

-       For international returns, we recommend you use a secure signed for service for your return because the return shipping is at your own risk and expense. We won’t refund any missing items, or items that are damaged whilst shipping.

-       We cannot refund you until we receive an item at our London studio and it has been approved for a return.

-       You will receive your refund in the original account that you paid with. We won’t make refunds to a third party.

-       Bespoke and personalised items cannot be returned.

-       International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded, as well as outgoing shipping costs.

-       We have the right to refuse a return if we feel you are abusing our returns policy by making repeated returns.
